HARRISONBURG, Va., May 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Once a year, the Shenandoah Valley Technology Council (SVTC) takes the time to recognize and highlight the successes of technology firms, organizations and programs in the region and the entrepreneurs and innovators behind those successes. This year's fourth annual Technology Awards Banquet, "Tech Nite 4.0," a celebration of achievement, took place on May 27th, 2004 at James Madison University's College Center.
