PHILADELPHIA _ It was the first practice of Bruce Perry's NFL career and he was painfully stuck on the sideline as a spectator.
"That was real tough," The Inquirer's 1999 all-city offensive player of the year said. "It was a little frustrating having to watch everybody practice. That's always frustrating."
It's a frustration that the star running back from George Washington High and the University of Maryland has grown to know too well.
