L'Oreal is focusing on hair care intros

NEW YORK - The L'Oreal philosophy of focusing on new product introductions that answer a need and represent a technological advance continues with the beauty marketer - this time around zeroing in on hair care.

In the first quarter of 1992 Cosmair Inc., the marketer of L'Oreal products in the U.S., will introduce its second collection of products under the Technicare banner. Called Permavive, the line follows the 1990 introduction of Colorvive.
