State and regional centers are doing a good job in promoting biotechnology but need to do more to help develop thriving biotech communities, according to a recent Genetic Engineering News (GEN) website poll (www.genengnews.com). One-hundred-and-twenty-six individuals answered the poll, the results of which appear on page 1 of the May 15 issue of GEN.
