MasterCard Advisors today announced that it has purchased Watch Hill Partners, a Providence, RI, consulting firm that will help MasterCard Advisors's card-issuing clients expand into new areas of financial services as the U.S. card market continues to mature. Watch Hill Partners will provide expertise in the areas of automobile loans, mortgages, retail banking, reorganizing and downsizing call centers, says Nalini Indorf Kaplan, global practice leader for MasterCard Advisors' Customer Experience Group, of which Watch Hill Partners will become a part.
