Los Angeles movie producer William Osco was convicted in a U.S. District Court last week, along with his mother and a business partner, Robert Loya, on 18 felony counts stemming from illegal real property transfers and money skimming.

The actual charges included income tax evasion, filing false returns, bank fraud, bankruptcy fraud and conspiring to defraud the United States.

Osco, a 44-year-old Malibu resident, produced the 1970s X-rated money-makers "Flesh Gordon" and "Alice in Wonderland," as well as the 1983 comedy "Night Patrol."
