Degussa says it has agreed to acquire Agroferm Hungarian-Japanese Fermentation Industry (Kaba, Hungary) from Kyowa Hakko Kogyo (Tokyo) for an undisclosed amount. Agroferm makes feed-grade amino acids, and has sales of 25 million [euro]/year ($30 million).
