Since 1991, the American Counseling Association (ACA) Ethics Committee has submitted an annual report of its work to the Journal of Counseling & Development to meet its charge to the membership. This annual report fulfills part of the educational role of the Ethics Committee. It summarizes the activities of the ACA Ethics Committee during the period of July 1, 2002, through June 30, 2003. The Ethics Committee met on 11 separate occasions to address its goals during this period.
