TOKYO, May 31 Asia Pulse - Fujitsu Ltd. (TSE:6702) will on Tuesday begin buying used personal computers at regional consumer electronics stores around the country.

Most such services in Japan are offered only at large-scale consumer electronics retailers and through the Internet.

Fujitsu hopes that the service will not only enable it to make the most of the growing demand for used PCs, but also help it boost PC sales, since people who sell PCs are likely to spend the proceeds on new PCs.
