31 MAY 2004 PORT MORESBY (Pacnews) --- Papua New Guinea's former prime minister, Bill Skate, is eyeing another term as the country's prime minister. Mr Skate is the representative of the National Capital District in Parliament. At a media conference yesterday (30 May), Mr Skates said his main rival party - The Peoples National Congress - will discuss the matter with other Opposition coalition members before a decision is made.
