Former President Bill Clinton drew only cheers and applause from an Ithaca audience Saturday, as he addressed Cornell University graduates, and delivered a subtle criticism of the Bush administration's foreign policy.
The scene stood in contrast to the boos and catcalls that drowned out part of the May 15 graduation speech by President Kennedy speechwriter Theodore Sorensen at the State University College at Oswego; Sorensen criticized Bush's handling of the terrorist attacks.
