SPRING GREEN -- Back in his college days, Chris Powers and his roommate would try to out-Bob each other.
"I had a roommate who claimed to know more Dylan songs than I did so we would stay up at night trying to out-Dylan each other -- out-Bob each other," Powers corrected. "That sounds more poetic."
"Normally we'd run out of beer and not be able to stay awake anymore before we'd run out of Dylan songs."
Powers, a mandolin player and host of the WORT/FM 89.9 Friday morning program "Mud Acres," was one of about 70 musicians who turned out on a rainy Sunday at the General Store and Cafe in Spring ...
