PROJECT OVERVIEW:
The local LA'ALA AL-KUWAIT REAL ESTATE CO. is currently involved in the development of a mixed-used seafront project. In so doing, the company recently awarded a letter of intent to AHMADIAH CONTRACTING & TRADING CO. of Kuwait for the first phase infrastructure package.
The project, dubbed the Al-Khiran Peal City development, will involve a contract that will cover infrastructure works for 1,200 plots spreading-out over an area of some 2.5 million square meters.
