PROJECT OVERVIEW:
The local KINGDOM DEVELOPMENT CO. (KADCO) is currently involved in the development of a Four Seasons hotel in Beirut, Lebanon. In so doing, KADCO recently awarded the main construction package to Kuwait-based , KHARAFI MOHAMED ABDULMOHSIN & SONS.
The center-piece of the package includes: - The 33-storey structure; - Fit-out and cladding; - A 90-meter reinforced concrete tower that will house the
300-room hotel.
The cost to complete the real estate development project has been pegged at $50,000,000.
