Straus' new organic super-premium ice creams contain 17 percent butterfat, no gums or artificial colorings, and a handful of other ingredients, like ground vanilla beans, raspberry puree and organically processed Dutch cocoa. The ice cream will be available at select retailers on the West Coast. Varieties include Vanilla Bean, Dutch Chocolate and Raspberry.
