Competitive advantage is more than a trendy cliche. Successful businesses will be the ones making the transition to philosophies that foster, and mechanisms that support, continuous improvement in the workplace. From the human resource perspective, a key to this change is the genuine incorporation of all employees into the decision-making process. This is not rocket science.
