Next year's show gets date, others seem less than likely
The owners of ShowBiz Expo, the largest entertainment industry trade show in the world, would like to have their show in Los Angeles, the entertainment capital of the world. But that looks increasingly less likely.
A policy of the Los Angeles Convention Center which favors out-of-town trade shows over regionally based shows is frustrating and jeopardizes the future of ShowBiz Expo, say producers Bob and Nalini Lasiewicz.
