BERKELEY, Calif., June 4 (AScribe Newswire) -- Hundreds of thousands of voter registration cards intended for graduating high school seniors and college students are being ignored by schools throughout California, according to Get Out the Student Vote, a non-partisan Berkeley-based parents' organization formed to monitor and encourage student voter registration.
