THERE has been no shortage of advice offered to the Prince of Wales, and some to Mrs Parker Bowles, about the question of their living arrangements. This ranges from intrusively religious observations, usually from evangelical quarters, about the Biblical teaching on second marriages, to the fruity old pompous historians' approach, likening the present situation to 1936.
