Reasons to Rejoice

We, the feminist organizations of women and youth of Latin America and the Caribbean, gathered for the second meeting of Networks and Campaigns working in the region for the promotion and defense of the human rights of women, in particular in the field of Sexual and Reproductive Health, have come here to declare that:

Ten years ago, for the first time ever, 179 countries agreed on a Programme of Action on population and development, in the framework of human rights. LET US CELEBRATE.
