Jun. 1--NEW DELI, CAFE OPEN FOR BUSINESS: Chad Woodworth, managing partner of Big Apple Deli, along with his parents, Rodney and Irene Woodworth, have opened the restaurant at 1406 U.S. 31-W By-Pass in Bowling Green.
The New York-style gourmet delicatessen offers sandwiches, deli salads, deli meats, deviled eggs and breakfast sandwiches, said Chad Woodworth.
"What sets us apart is we bake all our kaiser and hero rolls," he said. "And in true New York style, they're overstuffed -- most people can't eat one in one sitting."
