NEW YORK -- The liquidation segment at retail has a new player: Hudsons Inc., and it's on the prowl for real estate with a newly formed subsidiary, Hudson Capital.
Hudson Capital has tapped Jim Shaye to fill the chief executive officer slot, Fulton Stokes to serve as chief operating officer and A.R. Williams as chief financial officer. Shaye and Stokes are career retailers with a combined 30 years experience in asset disposition. Both were more recently associated with Gordon Brothers Group.
