Jun. 2--TAMPA, Fla. -- Senator John F. Kerry, outlining strategies to combat bioterrorism, said yesterday that "the world has been made more dangerous, not less dangerous," during George W. Bush's presidency, and asserted that Bush and his policies have fueled hatred around the world toward Americans.
During an 11-day campaign swing touting his national security plans, Kerry also chided the Bush administration for providing financial and diplomatic support until recently to Ahmed Chalabi, the former exile leader of the Iraqi National Congress party, who was once seen by some ...
