Jun. 3--South Florida leaders today will bask in economic harmony: More than 1,200 of the area's top business and government officials are planning to converge in Hollywood for a summit focusing on the importance of fostering economic cooperation across county lines.
But today's display of regional harmony had unharmonious beginnings: A series of tough conversations last year among three leaders who had to bury a tri-county rivalry.
