Jun. 3--PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. You might call it online guerilla marketing, or high-tech hijacking.
Tourism officials on Wednesday approved two marketing strategies that lure Internet surfers to Panama City Beach Web sites -- even if it wasn't their original intent. One plan is for Spring Break 2005 and the other covers the remainder of the year.
