Jun. 4--SANTA FE, N.M. -- Attorney General Patricia Madrid is worried that a state regulator's position on a board that advises a regional power transmission organization could present a conflict of interest.
In a letter last week to Public Regulation Commissioner David King, Madrid said his position as treasurer of the Regional State Committee of the Southwest Power Pool Regional Transmission organization could put him at odds with her office.
