Re/Max, the nation's second-largest real estate brokerage firm, opened it first Westchester office on Nov. 14 and has been stirring up interest with its unconventional commission rates. Re/Max is the fastest growing real estate brokeraged franchise in the United States.
The recent opening in Somers marks the first step of Re/Max's strategic plan to integrate its services into Westchester. Other Re/Max offices are scheduled to open in the county next year, including an Ossining office, which will be opened in early January by the father-and-son team of George and Greg Kane.
