The frequent changes at Fiat S.p.A. must frustrate Rick Wagoner. General Motors' CEO now has another set of top executives to get to know at the wobbly alliance partner.
Since GM and Fiat joined forces in March 2000, Fiat has had three chairmen and five CEOs. Add to that three heads of Fiat Auto S.p.A., the group's carmaking subsidiary.
