Secured Data, Inc. (OTCBB:SCRE) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a Definitive Agreement to acquire Secure Enterprise Solutions ("SES"), formerly Secure Enterprise Software LLC. SES recently acquired the assets of three operational security firms: Secure Enterprise Solutions, Inc., Welch and Welch Investigations, Inc., and 21st Sentry Monitoring Systems Inc. Per the terms of the Agreement, Secured Data will acquire 100 percent of SES' stock for stock in Secured Data. SES will continue to operate under that same name, as a wholly owned subsidiary of Secured Data, Inc.
