The Danish security and emergency services company Falck A/S, de-merged from Group 4 Falck A/S before its merger with the United Kingdom security company Securicor Plc, said on Wednesday (9 June) that it expects its core earnings to increase by 23% in 2004.
The company expected its operating profit (EBITA) to increase from DKK191m in 2003 to some DKK220-235m in 2004.
