LOS ANGELES, June 9 /PRNewswire/ -- CALTEL commented today on the announcement that the U.S. Solicitor General will not appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court a lower federal court ruling that struck down access by competitive companies to the nation's telecommunications network at reasonable rates.
