SEOUL, June 10 (Yonhap) -- The ruling Uri Party decided to solidify its final stance on the planned dispatch of South Korean troops to Iraq after a party-government meeting on Friday."The party has a scheduled meeting with the Ministry of Defense, so we will try to come up with a conclusion if at all possible," Rep. Hong Jae-hyong, who is also the chief policymaker of the ruling Uri Party, said Thursday.
The Uri Party lawmaker also said the ongoing party feud over the planned dispatch of about 3,600 troops, including combatants, to the Middle East country will soon be resolved "in a good way." The decision to come to a conclusion on the party's stance ...
