Headquarters relocation seen as providing needed jobs
The recent decision of Dole Food Co. to locate its world headquarters in Westlake Village is seen as a potential boon to an area rich in talent and poor in jobs.
"I think it will be a big boost to the city's economy and that of the surrounding cities," said Kris Carraway, chairwoman of the Westlake Village Chamber of Commerce.
