IRISH second-row Paul O'Connell believes silly mistakes cost Ireland badly against South Africa on Saturday.
Eddie O'Sullivan's side were soundly beaten by a supposedly under-strength Springbok side in front of 40,000 noisy supporters in Bloemfontein.
