"Very often civil law is overshadowed by criminal law, even though it touches people's everyday lives more", Mr Fonseca said at the launch. Examples he gave included an argument with an airline over getting a refund on a plane ticket and a hotel trying to get one of its guests to settle an unpaid bill.
