As a long-time PCB fabricator turned technical consultant, I am occasionally asked for objective advice and opinion by people about to commit to capital investment, and I try to stay up-to-date on what equipment is available and who are the most appropriate suppliers in particular technology areas. When I was asked, "Pete, where would you go to buy a leading-edge AOI system?" several well-known names sprang to mind. But when the second question came: "How do you rate ManiaBarco?" I felt unqualified to offer any helpful comment.
