Maxspeed Corporation, Palo Alto, Calif., a technology leader in thin client computing solutions, has released MaxDefense, a firewall designed to prevent virus/worm attacks for its line of MaxTerm and MaxBook thin client products running Microsoft Windows XP Embedded. MaxDefense ships with all MaxTerm and MaxBook thin clients. Customers may also upgrade their older XPE thin clients with this new software.
