HERNDON, Va., June 15 /PRNewswire/ -- The legal action filed late last night by Pegasus, twelve days after it filed for bankruptcy, are completely without merit, and in many cases have already been rejected by Federal courts where Pegasus has unsuccessfully made the same or similar arguments.
