Jun. 16--Japan will start discussion on trade in services while Thailand will push for freer mobility of professionals and other aspects of co-operation when the two sides begin a three-day session of their third round of negotiations for the Japan-Thailand Economic Partnership (Jtep) in Cha-am today.
