SkyPix To Give Plans
SkyPix Corp. said it will make a number of announcements this week during the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, including a final launch schedule, a technology upgrade and new details on financing.
Sanjeet Saxena, formerly marketing coordinator for Mitsubishi International Corp. and now director of corporate affairs for SkyPix, said Mitsubishi will shortly make an equity investment in the direct-broadcast satellite company, as anticipated. Mitsubishi will invest through a $14 million offering now in draft form, but its investment will be less than that, Saxena said.
