May 26--A West Virginia educator will take over Paul Smith's College's Liberal Arts and Business division at the same time the school adds a bachelor's degree in nature and culture.
Phillip Taylor was recently named dean at the same time the college announced it has added a program called "Liberal Studies: Nature and Culture."
Mr. Taylor most recently was chairman of arts and sciences at Glenville State College in Glenville, W.Va. He is also the founding director of Glenville's Presidential Scholars Program.
He received a doctorate in molecular genetics and a master's degree in business administration from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. He ...
