May 26--SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. -- San Bernardino County joined Riverside County on Tuesday in a lawsuit challenging the California secretary of state's decertification of electronic voting systems.
The decision by the Board of Supervisors reaffirmed its intention to conduct the Nov. 2 election with the same Sequoia touch-screen voting system that was successfully used to conduct the March 2 election, and without providing paper ballots at the polls as an option, San Bernardino County spokesman David Wert said.
