May 25--OCEANSIDE, Calif. -- Oceanside City Councilman Rocky Chavez is under fire again for comments about Oceanside High School.

Just a few days removed from saying that Oceanside High School students would "flip burgers and drive their mother's old cars" if they remained there instead of attending his charter school, Chavez recently made similar comments that have upset city officials and educators.
