May 20--The owners of adjacent plots across from City Hall say their long feud is over. By next year, they say, two skyscrapers will rise from what became parking lots as their battles dragged on.
Their side-by-side towers would be condominium residences for the super-wealthy. And they would be among the city's tallest buildings -- the one closest to City Hall, 57 stories; the other, 50 stories.
