May 14--UTAH'S O.C. TANNER ACQUIRES COMPANY BASED IN BRITAIN: Salt Lake City-based O.C. Tanner on Thursday said it acquired Britain-based B2B Initiatives Ltd. for an undisclosed sum.
O.C. Tanner, a provider of employee recognition products, said the acquisition aids its plans for global expansion by providing options for clients seeking international expertise. B2B is a promotion management and evaluation company.
B2B managing director Yash Chadha and other B2B executives will maintain their positions. The company will continue operating under the B2B name as an autonomous subsidiary of O.C. Tanner.
