Jim Boyle, president and CEO of Porter Adventist Hospital, stays relatively close to the office for lunch. Fortunately, his neighborhood offers a variety of delicious dining choices.
His favorite spot is Coos Bay Bistro adjacent to the University of Denver campus.
"It's mostly American cuisine that's very creative," Boyle said.
