DKNY'S KIDS' PLAY: Donna Karan International said Monday that Children Worldwide Fashion, its licensee for DKNY children's wear in Europe and the Middle East, will create a DKNY children's collection for the U.S. and Canada for fall 2005. CWF will establish a U.S. subsidiary to handle the launch and has named Todd Howard as president. "DKNY Kids has always been a part of the creative agenda," Donna Karan said. "My grandkids will be absolutely thrilled."
