Apr. 27--SPRINGFIELD, Vt. -- Don't believe everything you read, especially when it comes to how many children are living in poverty in Windsor County.
The Vermont Children's Forum released its latest Children and Poverty in Vermont report earlier this month. It describes a growing problem but the underlying numbers show Springfield and Windsor County in general are fairing better than much of the rest of the state.
Count Debbie Luse, director of the Springfield Family Center, among those for whom the numbers aren't adding up.
