REBEL Labour MPs and senior business figures last night joined forces to declare war on Tony Blair's plans for a Brussels superstate.
The revolt came less than 24 hours after the Prime Minister agreed the controversial new European constitution at a stormy summit. But he is facing opposition from 100 Labour MPs believed to be against the new document.
