SEOUL, June 21 (Yonhap) -- The government said Monday that matters related to reforming South Korea's screen quota system will be handled by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.Officials at the Finance Ministry and the Fair Trade Commission said there is widespread consensus within the government that the current system needs to be altered.
